Spring Work Day at Victory Farm

We are lucky to have the farm to enjoy the seasons. Spring is here and little things are beginning to bloom and grow and we have loads of new dogs to care for.

This weekend, Angie organised another small army to work on some new things and complete some old chores.

Deb began the day with a flurry of laundry, then on to cleaning with Kathy and Robin chipping in. The Soderstroms arrived and spent the day in the sun painting the feed shed. Kathy's brother arrived with more crates to add to the storage area so we now have a really nice selection of crates.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch (gotta love potlucks) and cake for Emma's birthday. Today is Grant and Lynn's 23rd wedding anniversary, we wish them (at least) 23 more happy years.

Some dog play happened in the afternoon, and a new dog arrived who desperatly needed a bath. Angie and I helped him out with a beauty makeover and boy, he smells way better! Look for photos soon!
