Reid is getting along great! Chloe is good with him and just a tiny bit jealous, but we are making sure we give her lots of love too. He is a VERY good dog, and so sweet. He is just as loving as you said he was. He does tend to get underfoot especially in the kitchen, but I image that the more comfortable he becomes in the house, the more space he will give us to walk :) Right now he is directly next to our legs, or 2 inches away. I'm hoping he will increase to a foot soon so we don't have to worry so much about stepping on a paw!
He did whine right when we were pulling away from the farm, and paced in the car for about 5 minutes before settling down. Then he alternated between just sitting and looking out the window, leaning up between the seats to give us kisses, and laying down to snooze. For the last hour at least, he was sound asleep in the back seat.
As you can see he has declared one of the living room chairs as his, and is totally comfortable on our couch.
He is a wonderful dog, and we love him!
Thanks,
Janice
