Jak and I had such an amazing weekend at the Nationals and so proud with how far
we've come especially the past few months. We exceeded our goal which was to match our regional score : ) I was one proud momma yesterday to find out that we placed 15th out of 78 in his class!
Unfortunately, ribbons only go to 10th which is a good things as I realize I would have made a complete fool out of myself if I would have placed as I would be running, screaming and crying to get that ribbon!
It was a proud weekend with only 15 actual faults and 3 clean runs (two of which were gamblers!!!) I am one very proud momma tonight, and I know Jak is proud also. He handed the stress of the ring well and seemed to prance in glee as the crowd of hundreds cheered as he completed each of the Gambles! I had a few strangers approach and comment and also ask where Jak was from so the MABCR name is definitely out there.

But it doesn't stop there....tomorrow we leave for a Say Yes! Camp to participate with Susan Garrett, it will be intense, but we can handle it together. I think I'm more excited to just go away to 'Camp' with just my boy and me!
It's true that anything is possible when you and your best friend put your heart and soul and partnership on the line all in the name of running for fun and giving it your all! I'll never forget the goofy twinkle in his eye as he completed the two final gambles (one only a few earned!) and the crowd went wild cheering for my little man.
The results and courses are posted for those agility fans out there.
