Hi, Sarah!
Hope things are going well for you and the "kids". I check your website regularly to see the new arrivals -- if only I/we could take a few more...
Young Mr. Whitman (AKA Whit, AKA Kutya - pronouced Coochya -- Hungarian for dog, since Paul is Hungarian) is doing splendiferously! I had to coin a word just for him! You would be SO proud of him! Even our hard-nosed Marine trainer just beams as he watches my two boys! Whit looks like a show dog as he prances alongside Paul -- his tail held high fluttering in the breeze and his gaze riveted on Paul. And, of course, he KNOWS how beautiful he looks and how well he's doing!
Although some loud noises still frighten him, he's overcome his fear of the stairs, and actually seems to enjoy meeting new people! He still barks when people come to the door (which we want him to do), but he has learned to be "quiet" when asked. And, although he still sleeps in his crate at night and when we're away (dad is going to build a custom-designed wood one for his Christmas present), he no longer runs into it for comfort.
We are so happy you chose him for us. You truly have a gift.
Easter blessings to you.
Monlen
